Glass fiber reinforced, heat and weather resistant Polyamide 12 for injection molding,

VESTAMID® L1930 is Polyamide 12 with 30% reinforced milled glass fiber and heat stabilizer for injection molding.
Fiber reinforcement provides high strength and high rigidity.
This grade also combines the characteristics of Polyamide 12, such as dimensional stability due to its low water absorption and stability of physical properties.
The shrinkage rate of fiber-reinforced products is smaller than that of non-reinforced products.
By using special staple glass fibers, this grade has a smaller difference in shrinkage rate between the resin flow direction and the vertical direction compared to general glass fiber reinforced products. Therefore, you can get precision parts with less warping.
This grade exhibits excellent resistance to chemicals such as fuels, oils and fats.
This grade is a cylindrical pellet in a moisture-proof bag and you can use it immediately after opening.
The quality guarantee period is separately specified.
