Super heat resistant Polyimide powder with excellent heat stability for direct molding (DF)

P84® UHT DF series is a super heat resistant Polyimide powder with high cycle properties.
This series can be formed by using Direct Forming (DF), a forming method similar to powder metallurgy, making it possible to quickly form large quantities of small parts.
Additionally, this series has significantly superior strength (rigidity) and thermal stability than the NT1 HCM series.
This makes it suitable for demanding applications requiring strength, thermal stability, and dimensional stability over a wide temperature range.
In addition, it has excellent rigidity, wear resistance and impact resistance and exhibits excellent sliding properties in dry environments without lubricants and under high temperature and high load conditions.
The particle size of the powder is 300~700μm.
