Carbon fiber reinforced (30%) and high viscosity Polyetheretherketone (PEEK)
VESTAKEEP®-J ZV7403CF30 is high viscosity with 30% carbon fiber mainly for injection molding.
This grade has higher flowability and better processability than VESTAKEEP® 4000CF30.
This grade has high mechanical strength, excellent heat and chemical resistance and its molded products are flame retardant.
This grade can be processed by general injection molding machine,
We recommend a high temperature molding machine with a temperature of 400?C or higher.
The mold temperature is recommended in the temperature range of 180-200?C (preferably 200?C).
This grade is supplied as pellets in a 25kg box with a polyethylene liner.
The quality guarantee period is separately specified.
